不相克,山药和南瓜可以一起吃。

 山药与南瓜不能同食。 南瓜中含有维生素C分解酶,若与山药同食,维生素C则被分解破坏,从而降低了山药的营养价值。
  山药,又称山芋。因其营养丰富,自古以来就被视为物美价廉的补虚佳品,既可作主粮,又可作蔬菜,还可以制成糖葫芦之类的小吃。
  功效:山药中含有黏蛋白、淀粉酶、皂甙、游离氨基酸、多酚氧化酶等物质,且含量较为丰富,具有滋补作用,为病后康复食补之佳品。山药含有脂肪较少,几乎为零,而且所含的黏蛋白能预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,防止动脉过早发生硬化。山药可增加人体T淋巴细胞,增强免疫功能,延缓细胞衰老。所以“常服山药延年益寿”的说法是有科学道理的。山药中的黏液多糖物质与无机盐类相结合,可以形成骨质,使软骨具有一定弹性。本品有很好的减肥健美作用。
