首先，何谓Hard Rock：hard rock植根于六十年代中期的车库摇滚(garage)和迷幻摇滚（psychedelic rock），特点是比传统摇滚(比如滚石，甲壳虫)更强烈的吉他失真。布鲁斯影响是有，但多在七十年代早期，比如成熟期的AC/DC离blues实在有点距离。而像Kiss,Aerosmith，Led Zeppelin,Deep Purple,Queen这几支乐队通常被人称为金属乐队，或者金属先驱，其实他们只有部分金属歌曲，大部分时候被定义为hard rock还是准确的。当然不论你称他们为重金属还是硬摇滚都无损他们的伟大，一个标签罢了，毕竟这是音乐不是定量计算，不可能有一个标准说超过某个失真界限就是重金属，之下就是硬摇滚。（区别除了吉他失真，还有更致密的riff，等等其他标准）而后来八十年代风靡一时的glam metal(cock rock)，如果从Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden来定义重金属的话，这些乐队被定义为hard rock也无不可。而且一支乐队的风格也会演变，比如Def Leppard，初期很重，之后越来越柔，终于堕落了。同样的演变也发生在乐队后来加入的吉他手Vivian Campbell身上，果然物以类聚，臭味相投，令人惋惜。
btw，今天看到的最雷的话，“铁娘子我一直不看好.
总觉得没有自己显著的风格。和其他硬摇乐队不能完全区分。”大概是没有听见Bruce的大嗓门，穿梭交织的吉他lead，从头到尾丁丁作响的贝司。果然是后世乐队借鉴，模仿，剽窃Iron Maiden太多了，弄得大家都有些搞不清楚。

首先说,硬摇滚是由blues发展而来,所以前期笼统的很多乐队都可以称为硬摇.只要有吉他失真严重的 blues味道强烈的都算.
官方推荐:ROLLING STONES，
The WHO，
BLOOD SWEAT & TEAR等，
以及后来的LED ZEPPELIN，
AC/DC，
CHEAP TRICK,
Guns N' Roses
和楼上兄弟一样,建议是AC/DC入手.相当硬风.
到现在为止我每天起床号角还是那张back to black
犹大可以听,铁娘子我一直不看好.
总觉得没有自己显著的风格。和其他硬摇乐队不能完全区分.
当然只是个人意见.

你是想要强劲的乐队还是问的类别——硬摇滚、重金属这样的类型？
不管了，来了就留点什么吧
硬摇滚最经典的就是ACDC了
重金属可老了去了——摩托头，犹大牧师，铁娘子，雷神之锤，megadeth
经常听的这几个，几乎首首经典啊
但愿lz喜欢

来晚了，大家都说的差不多了，一说硬摇脑子直接反射出AC/DC。
ps：我支持Iron Maiden，如果说铁娘子不被看好，全地球就没几个乐队值得看好了。
