2 Metalloid: Metalloids usually look like metals but behave largely like nonmetals. They are shiny, brittle and have relatively good electrical conductivity.They can form alloys with metals.
3 Nonmetal: Nonmetals mostly lack metallic attributes and tend to be highly volatile. They have low elasticity, and are good insulators of heat and electricity.
